Judy Rienzi RN, MS – Founder and President

About JudyJudy Rienzi holds a Master of Science degree in Community Health Education, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Integrative Imagery Practitioner, and has certificates in aromatherapy,  plant-based nutrition, and vegan nutrition.Judy’s strong commitment to promoting health led her to establish the company, Health Promotion Associates, LLC. HPA created and facilitated community- based health education programs. During that time, Judy was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Sjogren ’s syndrome, two autoimmune diseases. In an effort to regain control over her health, Judy developed The CONNECT™ Health Management System that coordinates medical care and manages lifestyle choices. CONNECT™ is an empowering, facilitative, and educational organizer, guide, and planner that builds confidence in people’s ability to be an active participant in their own self-management.

Judy believes self-management is an approach to promote health that sustains lasting change because it engages the whole person at all stages of their health. Her products and resources support the shift in healthcare from treating symptoms to patient-centered care, and are not limited to managing a chronic illness. These tools are designed to facilitate self-efficacy behaviors that foster health.
